– Machine designed with a solid structure:
LASER 3D; full accessibility, thanks to the wide use of glass superficies, access doors, and extractable parts. — Conveying System with: CFB Belt with sealed edge, driven by inverter. — Axis driven by the powerful brushless motor and by a sophisticated toothed belt handling system, with recycling sphere bearings. The best performances in speed, acceleration, and the softness in guns motion allows to achieve the max. application quality.
– The central axis holds: (1) Gun supporting arm (removable), equipped with quick-release (predisposed for max. 4 guns); complete with: Manual height adjustment, (3) high pressure lacquer feeding circuits with recycle; lacquer filters with stainless steel fittings.
– Exclusive pressurization flows analysis and sophisticated air diffusion plenum with double fan for air intake and filtration results in: Higher lacquer saving, better machine cleaning. Circulation provided by floor mounted MZ RLQ 560, Direct-drive 4 KW , 1755 RPM motor.

Upper mounted Anti-static ionization bar; 400 RPM brush speed.With CEFLA TM 3000, 600/3/60 V, infeed belt conveyor. — Line is disconnected/dismantled per last (8) photos.
