Union Series 15-64″ Double nip Rotary Laminator designed to apply bonding pressure to laminate flat substrate materials. This is a double nip roll machine – meaning the substrates will be nipped twice within the frame of the machine.

Max height (Thickness) 4 inches.
Additional Features:
• PASS LINE : Approximately 34″, ergonomic working height. Leveling casters are also added to the base of the machine.
• GUARDS/COVERS : All moving parts guarded and electrically interlocked. Guards constructed of sheet metal, lexan ,
• BEARINGS : All roll bearings are anti friction, self aligning.
• LAMINATING ROLLS: Two sets of two 6’’ diameter x 64’’ long smooth fround mechanical neoprene coated rolls.
• AIR CYLINDERS : Two 6’’ diameter air cylinders are added to apply bonding
• SAFETY CONTROL: A cable wrapped around the laminator will stop the rolls in the event of emergency.
